
The Town is governed by a strong mayor and five person Town Council. Town Hall houses the offices of the Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer, Planning Director, Engineer, and Marshal. The Utility Clerk and Fiscal Clerk can also be found at Town Hall.
The public works department consists of the Public Works Superintendent and four full time maintenance workers, with one seasonal worker. The Town operates a water and sewer utility, staffed by a Utilities Superintendent and two plant operators.
The Town relies on volunteers for the following Boards & Commissions:
