NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COUPEVILLE TOWN COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Coupeville Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday March 28, 2017, at 6:30 pm, or as soon as possible thereafter, in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 1 NE Sixth Street, Coupeville, WA, to consider the following action:
AN ORDINANCE of the Town of Coupeville, Washington, amending the Town’s Development Regulations as set forth in Title 16 of the Coupeville Town Code by amending Chapter 16.28 relating to SIGNS; and establishing an effective date.
The actions are proposed to be adopted in Ordinance #736. Copies of the proposal are available at Town Hall.
The public is cordially invited to attend this hearing and provide comments in person, or to submit written comments in advance of the public hearing. The Interlocal Cooperation Act provides the authority for Washington State local governments to enter into interlocal agreements with other public agencies in the interest of cooperatively sharing resources for their mutual benefit. In accordance with RCW 39.34, the Town of Coupeville has executed interlocal agreements with other public agencies for various purposes over the years.
