Permitting & Licensing Process
Planning, Building and Licensing application forms are listed below. Each item is hyperlinked to an editable PDF form. For larger application submittals, the Town will send the applicant a link to our Dropbox, along with a checklist of the items that need to be included to complete the application packet.
The Town will review the files submitted by applicants for completeness, and communicate the status of the application back to the applicant on the next business day. Once an application is deemed complete, the Town will notify the applicant via email. The notification will include an invoice for any fees that are due prior to staff review of the application.
